The units at Residence Kamenjak in Premantura are absolutely amazing! We stayed in a unit with a kitchen, microwave, and a private bathroom with a shower. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the private entrance in our apartment. But hey, it's just my opinion!

We had a nice stay in Premantura next to sea as well as the beach. Best possible location, next to our main points of interest.

I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room had a comfortable pull-out couch where our youngest child slept peacefully. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals together as a family. We especially enjoyed the warm evenings spent on the nice terrace, playing cards and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The free garage provided convenient parking for our car, and the pool behind the building was a refreshing spot for the whole family to cool off and have fun. The reception staff, a friendly young lady at check-in and a funny guy at check-out, were helpful and made us feel welcome. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

My wife says that it would be great if there were more plants or parasols near the pool area to provide some shade and create a cozy atmosphere. She feels that this small improvement would enhance the overall experience for families with children.

The location of the flat was very convenient, as it was close to the entrance of the Kamenjak national park. This made it easy for a group of friends to explore the natural beauty of the park. Additionally, the balcony provided a nice space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The bathroom had a strong sewage smell and was infested with ants.

The flat was absolutely mind-blowing! It was super clean, well-equipped, and had a jaw-dropping view from the balcony. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Kamenjak NP entrance and situated on a quiet street. We couldn't get enough of the refreshing swimming pool downstairs, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot nights. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, free parking, and the fact that pets were allowed. our stay was absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation spot with great amenities and an excellent location for hiking and cycling.

Our stay at the Residence Kamenjak was absolutely mind-blowing! The receptionist was super helpful and professional, always there to assist and explain anything we needed. The location was quit good, with all the beautiful beaches easily reached by car. The condo apartment had a very good conditioner and had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The comfortable bed made our nights so enjoyable. The pool at the holiday club was nice, and the staff was friendly. The apartment itself was spacious, light, and clean, with very comfortable beds. The secluded location surrounded by a pine forest was jaw-dropping, and the seasonal outdoor pool was perfect. We also appreciated the wi-fi, free parking, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, air conditioning. The area offered great activities like hiking and cycling, and there were sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. Plus, we loved that pets were allowed, and there was no smoking on site. Thank you a lot for this very pleasant stay!

We had a great stay at Residence Kamenjak! The helpful staff and strong Wi-Fi made it perfect for business guests. The swimming pool and close proximity to Kamenjak's beaches were a big plus. The apartments were fully equipped and comfortable for a family stay. Walking distance to town for groceries and supplies.

Felt snug, no complaints.
